These shows are hosted on Instagram and Facebook, offering you an up-close view of each crystal, a chance to engage with our hosts, and the convenience of adding your favourites to your cart as the show unfolds.

• Log in to your social media account at the specified time for our live sales event, and patiently wait for our sales team’s announcement to begin shopping. For added convenience, consider registering an account via our website to receive extra updates delivered directly to your emails inbox.
• To place an order or select the item you wish to purchase, simply leave a comment with ‘It’s Mine’ or ‘Mine,’ followed by the item’s number in the box. If your first choice is in high demand and another crystal lover has selected it, you can also comment ‘2nd Option’ along with the item’s number.
• Your selected items will be reserved, and once the live sales event concludes, our sales team will send you secure checkout links within 24 hours. Please ensure payment is made within this 24-hour window. In the event of non-payment, we will reach out to you. If there is no response, your order will be made available for purchase by others.
• During our Live Sales events, we uphold a code of conduct that fosters a positive and respectful environment. We do not tolerate any form of rudeness, abusive comments, or harassment towards our sales team or fellow crystal enthusiasts. In such instances, a warning will be issued, and repeated misconduct may result in being blocked from future sales.

It’s important to note that our live showcases feature a selection of crystals, but our inventory extends beyond what’s presented during these events. If you have a specific crystal in mind that isn’t featured, please don’t hesitate to reach out via direct message or email with your request, and we’ll respond promptly after the sales event concludes.

During Live Sales, please only comment in the comment feed rather than sending direct messages to our inbox. Direct messages may not be read promptly, potentially causing you to miss out on your desired item.
